Overload = dimished quality, slowed completion :: This is old news, but I guess most of us just forget when we get caught up in the madness. 

The man hurries himself can not walk with dignity. That is a fortune I got from a cookie several years ago. I have it taped to my bathroom mirror so I wont forget. I do anyway.

Here is a new one fromm the chinese: &quot;man man lai&quot; equivelent to saying &quot;one step at a time&quot;, better to do it slow than fast.</description>
